Basic Approach

JSR Group understands that fulfilling its responsibilities to stakeholders leads to a sustainable corporate organization, resilient systems, and the creation of value for stakeholders.

In its Management Policies, JSR Group has established “Responsibility to Our Stakeholders” to express its responsibilities as a member of society. We continue to engage in efforts to make a positive impact on all of our stakeholders, including customers, business partners, employees, society, the environment, and shareholders.

We have also established the JSR Group Principles of Corporate Ethics as specific guidelines to fulfill our responsibilities to stakeholders on a global basis. Every JSR Group employee works to resolve issues while emphasizing dialogue with stakeholders based on common basic values such as the Corporate Mission, Management Policies, and Course of Action.
