This Declaration declares that intellectual property rights held by the Company will not be exercised for a certain period of time in connection with the development, production, and other activities aimed at ending the spread of COVID-19 infections. This will reduce the time and cost involved in intellectual property rights research and licensing negotiations, and will enable the rapid development, manufacture, and distribution of medical devices and infection-prevention products.
