JSR Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, CEO, President Officer: Tetsuro Hori; hereinafter “JSR”) hereby announces that it has reached an agreement to transfer its rubber sales business* for Electronics industry to ENEOS Materials Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Satoshi Shiga; hereinafter “ENEOS Materials”).

Since transferring Elastomers business to ENEOS Corporation in April 2022, JSR has continued marketing and sales activities for this business while receiving product supply from ENEOS Materials. With the aim of further improving customer satisfaction through integrated production and sales operations, we have determined that ENEOS Materials is best suited to operate this business and have agreed to this transfer.

The transfer is scheduled to be executed around April 2026, following completion of necessary procedures. After the transfer, the business will be operated by ENEOS Materials, which will continue to provide products and services.

The impact of this transfer on our company's performance is expected to be minimal.

*The rubber sales business for Electronics industry refers to the marketing and sales of synthetic rubber manufactured by ENEOS Materials, specifically designed for the electronics industry with reduced and controlled impurities.
