■Exhibit Highlights:
As a global leader high-quality, high-performance functional materials for the semiconductor industry, we present a wide range of solutions across the entire device manufacturing process.

　- In front-end lithography materials, in addition to cutting-edge products such as metal oxide resists (MOR), photoresists for various wavelengths,
　 and organic/inorganic multilayer materials will be introduced.
