Techno-UMG Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Atsushi Ishii), a group company of JSR Corporation (Representative Director, CEO and President: Tetsuro Hori; hereinafter “JSR”), has joined the Sustainable Plastics Initiative (“SusPla”).

Established in 2025, SusPla is an industry organization committed to expanding the market for recycled plastics through material recycling that enhances quality and supports stable supply.

Guided by our corporate mission, “Materials Innovation — Delivering value through materials and technology to earn the trust of our customers,” Techno-UMG will continue to leverage its technologies to promote recycling initiatives in collaboration with diverse materials and users.

Through our membership in SusPla, we will accelerate efforts toward circularity and resource recovery for ABS, AS, AES, ASA, and other polymer alloys.
