Announcement Regarding Transfer of Shares in D-MEC Co., Ltd.

Tokyo, October 2, 2025 — JSR Corporation (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, CEO and President: Tetsuro Hori; “JSR”) today announced the transfer of all shares in its wholly owned subsidiary D-MEC Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Hideaki Kumazawa; “D-MEC”) to Stratasys Japan Co., Ltd. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Sharma Sunil; “Stratasys Japan”), effective October 1, 2025.

Since its establishment in 1990, D-MEC has been a pioneer in stereolithography (SLA) 3D printers in Japan, providing high-quality products and technical support for more than 30 years.

The share transfer reflects JSR’s ongoing efforts to restructure our business portfolio, with a focus on the semiconductor materials field and other growth areas. This decision is part of the company’s strategy to optimize resources where it can deliver the most value.

Stratasys Japan, the Japanese subsidiary of global 3D printing leader Stratasys Ltd., brings cutting-edge additive manufacturing technology and a broad product lineup.
