JSR Corporation and JICC-02, Ltd. announced the intent to merge effective on December 1, 2024. There will be no change in the business locations, names and titles of representatives, business activities, capital and fiscal year end.

The intent of the merger was previously announced as part of the JSR management plan based on the strategic partnership with JIC Capital, Ltd. in which JICC-02 will absorb JSR. JICC-02 will then change its name to JSR Corporation and succeed the business.

Following the merger, JSR Corporation will remain committed as always to our role as a leading technology company that pursues cutting-edge innovation. We will strive to maintain management efficiency, transparency, and dependability as we continue to grow as a company that provides value to society.
