JSR Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Eric Johnson, hereinafter "JSR") received the 2022 TSMC Excellent Performance Awards for Excellent Material Development and Production Support in Litho Materials from Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "TSMC")on January 18, 2023. The award recognizes select suppliers that significantly contributed to TSMC’s business in 2022 through outstanding performance in such fields as services, equipment, and materials.

JSR has received this award for the second consecutive year, in recognition of its outstanding contributions to materials development and production support in lithography materials.
