It is time for individuals and companies to more thoughtfully consider how to share water, food, and other limited resources, as well as how to ensure safety and security.

The world faces many powerful pressures in the areas of environment, geopolitics, business, and technology, and in order for us to remain a socially responsible company, we need to demonstrate the real value we have as a company. We are reminded once again of the mission that our group has set for itself, which is to contribute to a healthy and prosperous society through innovation.

On April 1, 2022, JSR transferred its elastomers business and become a company focused on the digital solutions, life sciences, and plastics businesses. We would like to once again thank all of our stakeholders for their understanding and cooperation in this major decision.

Having undergone a major business transformation, JSR Group is evolving. While the global situation is rapidly changing, JSR Group is determined to embrace various environmental changes as opportunities and move forward to establish a resilient management foundation that will sustainably and continuously enhance our corporate value.
