JSR at SEMICON Japan 2021 Hybrid
JSR will be participating in SEMCON Japan, starting from Wednesday, December15 to Friday, December17, 2022. It is held as "SEMICON Japan 2021Hybrid" and in addition to real exhibitions at Tokyo Big Sight, seminars in real and online are scheduled.

Booth Number and Exhibit Details: JSR will exhibit at below two locations.
1) Hall 4, Booth Number 4523
Introduction of advanced materials for semiconductor manufacturing such as lithography materials, advanced packaging materials and CMPmaterials.
2) Hall 3, Booth No. 3334: Quantum Computing Pavilion
Introduction of initiatives related to quantum computing.
We also support industry research event where future leaders, including students,
can collectively learn about semiconductor manufacturing related companies.
