Transfer of Business units of JLS to JSR Corporation

JSR Life Sciences Corporation (JLS) announced today that its sales/marketing units that had been operated by JLS were transferred to new divisions of JSR Corporation. Other activities including R&D, manufacture, QA, ordering, logistics, general administration and etc. remain in JLS as before.
