Crisis Management Drill Conducted on February 24

On Tuesday, February 24, a FY 2015 (April 2014 – March 2015) crisis management drill was conducted on the initiative of the headquarters.
The simulation scenario was of a Tonankai/Nankai earthquake occurring at the YP area with a certain area of the YP being flooded by tsunami following the earthquake. We conducted the simulated training in order to check a series of activities to be performed from the first stage to implementation of a business continuity plan (BCP).
In FY 2016 (April 2015 – March 2016), we would like to upgrade the training to enhance participants’ applied skills.
