“Delivery Science Class” Held at Junior High School in Kashima Area

On December 12, 2013, the JSR Kashima Plant held a “delivery science class” at Kamisu Municipal Hasaki-Daiyon Junior High School for 102 second-year students. First started in 2009, this year marked the fifth time the plant delivered the lesson.
The comments from participating students were in line with, “I thought that chemistry was difficult, but I found the class fun” or “I want to know more.” It seems that the “delivery science class” using the expertise of JSR’s regular business helped raise the students’ interest in chemistry.
