The JSR Yokkaichi Plant Cooperates with a Work Experience Program for Junior High School Students

CSR 11/15/2013
Since FY 2008 (April 2007 – March 2008), as part of its social contribution activities, the JSR Yokkaichi Plant has been cooperating with a work experience program for junior high school students in the city of Yokkaichi. This year, the plant received three students from Utsube Junior High School for the three days from November 13.

The students tried a wide variety of jobs, such as those at a manufacturing site and also at a laboratory, as well as clerical work. It seems that this experience served as a good opportunity for them to learn the meaning and significance of working.

This work experience program was covered in a news program by Mie Television on November 15.
