JSR Conducted Biodiversity Survey at Kashima Plant

CSR 11/12/2012
JSR is actively advancing biodiversity preservation activities according to policies it laid out on a corporate level.
As one of these efforts, six employees conducted a biodiversity survey on November 8th at the JSR Kashima Plant.
Via this survey, the employees discovered the autumn darter dragonfly and mushrooms which are only found in fall in addition to praying mantis, grasshopper, and what seemed to be the dung of wild rabbits, reconfirming the existence of a variety of living creatures on plant grounds.

We will continue to conduct monitoring surveys while paying consideration to the biodiversity preservation necessary for our green spaces.
