On October 25^th, a JSR employee from the JSR Chiba Plant gave a lecture for roughly 150 students on the theme of "The Manufacturing Process of Rubber and its Quality Control." The JSR Chiba Plant has been holding special lectures taught by JSR employees at the College of Industrial Technology, Nihon University in conjunction with Ishihara City (Chiba Prefecture) every year since 2005. This joint effort began after JSR received a request from the City to cooperate in the strengthening of ties between the industrial field and schools.
