Monday, March 26 and Tuesday, March 27, the High-Tech University program was held by SEMI Japan. This event offered an opportunity for 39 students from five senior high schools in Mie Prefecture to learn basic knowledge on semiconductors and microelectronics, along with practical training. On the 27th, they visited JSR Yokkaichi Plant to observe its plant facilities. They also conducted photo lithography experiments, operated a miniature plant and took part in other events.
