Media Recognition of JSR Group Volunteers Contributions to Recovery from the Great East Japan Earthquake Recovery

The following media outlets highlighted the earthquake recovery efforts of 120 JSR Group volunteer in Oshima Island, Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture during the period of July 9th to 17th:
These volunteer activities were participated in and promoted by members of the JSR Group who made use of JSR's volunteer leave system. Divided in two groups of roughly 60 members, staff members engaged in volunteer activities organized by Civic Force. The members removed debris from fields and seashore areas under the leadership of the Oshima Disaster Countermeasures Headquarters and Obaka-tai.
The JSR Group will continue providing support to areas affected by the Great East Japan Earthquake.
