| TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) are the materials that fill the functional gaps between rubbers and plastics. Exhibiting fluidity at high temperature, though, originally flexible like rubber at normal temperature, it has similar good processability to that of thermoplastics resins. Thus, it can be named as "The synthetic rubbers applicable to injection and extrusion moldings." Also, it can be colored without difficulty, and can be used for shoe soles, films, automobile parts, asphalt modifiers, adhesives, stationery, civil construction and building materials, and many other applications. There are several typical grades, namely JSR RB(Syndiotactic 1,2-Polybutadiene), JSR TR (Styrene Butadiene block Copolymer), JSR SIS (Styrene Isoprene block Copolymer), JSR DYNARON (Hydrogenated polymer). Among them, JSR RB and JSR DYNARON are the only items which JSR can supply exclusively to the consumers in the world. |
