JSR Corporation (Tokyo, Japan) has received the Achievement Award from Advanced Micro Devices (Sunnyvale, California) for outstanding performance in providing products and services deemed essential to AMD's success.
The AMD World Class Supplier Process measures suppliers annually for outstanding performance and exceptional service for manufacturing materials and services. There are two levels of awards achievable: the Pathfinder Award for the best suppliers on overall performance in the areas of Technology, Quality, Cost, Flexibility and Service (TQCFS); and the Achievement Award for exceptional performance in one of those areas.
JSR Micro N.V. was granted the Achievement Award in recognition of JSR's consistently high level of support and commitment to AMD's state of the art lithography solutions. JSR offers a comprehensive range of photochemical technologies and research and development capabilities to meet AMD's needs.
Bruno Roland, President of the European operations, JSR Micro NV, and Paul Buysse, Sales and Marketing Manager of JSR Micro NV, attended the ceremony held in Dresden, Germany. Dr. Roland said, "This award will encourage us to further improve the performance and quality of our products and support. JSR is committed to continue to develop new materials that will enable AMD to stay at the cutting edge of technology."
